LIAHONA PRESENTS:
OUR EAST COAST SUPER TRIP!
East Coast Super Trip: April 9 - 16
Seats available: 150
Boston: We will visit the USS Constitution, all the historic sites on the Freedom Trail, and the New England Aquarium.
Plymouth, Mass.: We will visit the Mayflower, Plymouth Rock and Plimoth Plantation.
New York: We will visit Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, the Manhattan Temple, the United Nations, and attend a Broadway production.
Washington, D.C.: There are so many sites to see! We will break into groups and visit sites according to the groups preferences. There are 18 Smithsonian Museums, all the memorials and monuments, the Supreme Court, the FBI Museum, etc.
Depending on time, we will then visit either Philadelphia or Gettysburg.
Philadelphia: Constitution Square, the Liberty Bell.
Gettysburg: The Battlefields and Museum.
You will receive an agenda with all the finalized details before departure.
For those of you arranging your own flights - we will be flying into JFK. Please plan to arrive and depart at a reasonable hour. If you arrive before the main group, you will either have to wait for us or take a taxi at your own expense. If you arrive after the main group, you will have to make your own arrangements to get to the hotel. If your flight departs before the main group, you will be responsible for your own arrangements to the airport. If your flight departs after the main group, you will go to the airport with us, but will have to wait at your gate until departure.
For those of you driving, you will meet us at the hotel. Information will be provided in the final packet.
Cost: The basic price is based on four-person per room occupancy. Some people prefer to stay with just their spouse, others with just their family group. For such preferences, there is an additional charge. For three in a room, add $25.00 for each person in that room. If there are two occupying a room, there will be an additional $75.00 charge for each person.
All prices quoted are per person.
If you fly out of Salt Lake:
4 per room: $795.00
3 per room: $820.00
2 per room: $870.00
If you make your own flight arrangements:
4 per room: $570.00
3 per room: $595.00
2 per room: $645.00
Payments: The first payment is due February 5th. The second payment is due March 11th.
All Super Trip participants: All deposits are non-refundable.
We have a tight payment deadline with the airlines and vendors. They do not give refunds no matter how good the reason.
For those making their own flight arrangements: Please note that Liahona is not responsible for any portion of your flight costs and/or fees incurred. If you are unsure about times, airports, etc., please contact us for clarification before making your arrangements. We are happy to help you.
